I can't fault the service we received from Mitch and Mana, they were nothing but professional, the communication from start to finish was excellent, incredibly efficient which I loved, Mitch made the whole process seamless and so much easier, working to get us the best outcome possible, can't recommend them enough, Thank You!

Working with Mana was an easy smooth sailing experience. He was very professional and thorough, always giving us updates and making the process easy for us to understand.

We had the pleasure of working with Mitch and Mana to sell our home, and our experience with them was exceptional. From the outset, they demonstrated professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping us achieve our goals. Their prompt responses, deep understanding of the market, strategic approach, kindness, and positive energy made what could have been a chaotic process remarkably simple. Our initial encounter with Mitch, while viewing another property, left a strong impression. His expertise, ability to connect with people, and dedication to representing property owners with warmth and professionalism were evident. Mitch and Mana went above and beyond to ensure our home was showcased in the best possible light for potential buyers. Their market knowledge enabled us to sell quickly and at a great price. Throughout the selling process, which can be stressful, they were always available to address our queries, providing regular updates on buyer interest and feedback from open homes. They made the entire process smooth and as stress-free as possible. While they were not the agents for our new home purchase, Mitch and Mana still offered valuable insights and guidance that bolstered our confidence in decision-making. Overall, Mitch and Mana are an outstanding team who genuinely care about their clients. They approach each sale as if they were purchasing the property themselves, always looking out for our best interests. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication!

Team Mitch and Mana's attention to detail, business savvy and marketing expertise meant they sold our properties in no time. Their industry knowledge is exceptional and their ability to network and get the job done was 120%. Well done, wouldnt hesitate in listing with them again.

Mana made selling our mums home quick professional and stress free. Thank you so much, we are extremely grateful.

It was good. They communicated in a nice way.

Mana has been responding promptly and effectively throughout the entire process. Also, Mana's clear and timely updates significantly contributed to a smooth and positive experience. Thanks again for your insightful suggestions for home renovations!

We recently engaged Mana Tai to assist with the sale of a work property and I cannot rate the experience highly enough. Mana was actively communicative, reassuring and easy to work with. He has a relaxed manner but was highly professional at all times. We received all the documentation required in a timely fashion and Mana proactively worked for a successful sale for us. As a somewhat novice property seller I felt the process ran smoothly and was stress free. I was acting on behalf of a group of Trustees and as a busy person myself I valued Mana making the experience as simple and straightforward as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending both Mana and Mitch to other interested sellers.

Mana was excellent to deal with, knowledgeable of the area and helping us with the sale process. Recommended and thanks!

We met Mitch when we previously tried to purchase this property five years prior to us actually settling. The Vendor was difficult, it was a very challenging and frustrating purchase but Mitch was calm, pro active and we always felt like he understood our point of view. Fast. Forward five years after no contact from the Vendor with Mitch and he then told us she was really ready to sell. We got our dream home, at a fair price and it would not have been possible without his patience and incredible skill at negotiating in stressful circumstances. He was naturally working for his client the vendor but as sellers we felt very confident in the advice he gave. We cannot recommend his Professionalism and sense of humour when either or both was required. Thanks so much The Whyte family

When we contacted Mitch regarding buying our new house, all was organised for us very quickly, two visits to the house, signing of the papers all done in two days time. This was great!

We have used Mitch and Mana 3 or 4 times now to buy or sell a house for us. Each time they have been fantastic to deal with.Their knowledge of the market was very good and the valuation spot on. We would highly recommend.
