Although my initial dealing was with Mitch in organising the agency agreement, Mana was the agent that took over from there in selling the property. My Dealings with Mitch were very efficient, although perhaps our expectations on price as indicated as possible at the time by Mitch were not achieved. Although disappointing, this could also reflect a softening market. This reflecting a 4 star rating. There is no doubt that Mana who managed the open homes and getting buyers to paper worked extremely hard at all times. Efficient and pleasant at all times, there is no doubt that Mana put extensive effort into selling the property with a number of offers put to us resulting in an unconditional agreement being achieved. On that basis I have rated 5 stars based on his efforts, share hard work, focus and commitment.
