This was a tricky sell due to circumstances outside of the agents control and although it tested my patience at times. Mitchell stayed the course looking out for his clients best interest whilst keeping me engaged. The outcome was successful and the vendors were able to communicate thier happiness at selling the property to myself as they had a very sentimental attatchment to it. So all in all we have good karma.
Mitchell’s knowledge of the property was excellent, he held open homes with a very pleasant manner and without the feeling of being pressured. He is a pleasure to work with and I will be recommending him to future home buyers.
