Our experience with Mitchell Laughton, was such an easy flowing process! Mitchell answered all questions asked and if he didn't know them (which were few) he would find the answers within a day or do. I would highly recommend working with Mitchell for your future real estate purchases, he is friendly, very approachable and above all, works hard to get the best outcome. Thank you Mitchell!! 😁😁
Not having sold a property for a long time it was almost a new experience. Mitch was charming and helpful, and also knowledgeable. He helped us through all the paperwork, and was always available on the end of the phone to help with any queries we had.
Good to deal with, very helpful, went the extra mile, which was very much appreciated
Mitchell’s consistent communication throughout our property search which spanned over a six months period never faulted. He was readily available and always promptly provided any information requested. His personable character made interactions and conversations relaxed and stress free. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mitchell - top agent! Thanks for all the support in finding our new home in Oamaru.
Mitchell Laughton was a wonderful agent to work with to sell my elderly mother’s property. He was lovely to deal with, and also very onto it during the whole process. A fabulous agent to deal with in every way! I would highly recommend him. Go you Mitch! And thank you so much!
This was a tricky sell due to circumstances outside of the agents control and although it tested my patience at times. Mitchell stayed the course looking out for his clients best interest whilst keeping me engaged. The outcome was successful and the vendors were able to communicate thier happiness at selling the property to myself as they had a very sentimental attatchment to it. So all in all we have good karma.
Mitchell’s knowledge of the property was excellent, he held open homes with a very pleasant manner and without the feeling of being pressured. He is a pleasure to work with and I will be recommending him to future home buyers.
Excellent confirmation result. Highly recommend Mitchell . Great effort all Stages of process and progress.
