This was a tricky sell due to circumstances outside of the agents control and although it tested my patience at times. Mitchell stayed the course looking out for his clients best interest whilst keeping me engaged. The outcome was successful and the vendors were able to communicate thier happiness at selling the property to myself as they had a very sentimental attatchment to it.
