First home buyer, I contacted Mitchell about a listing he had on his books. Went to view the place multiple times to get a feel for the property. Mitchell is very good at what he does , I was guided through the process, Mitchell goes out of his way to get you any information that is needed, eg Architect drawings. I thank him for his time an work ethic.

There has been some delay issues with the first property we tried to purchase (Mitchell was also the agent), but he helped us out with the purchase of a second option which was already built. Mitchell was quick to respond when we had questions and concerns (even on weekends!), and helpful when we need access for inspections. He gave good advice as well on bargaining with the developer, and he had the interest of both the developer and buyer in mind. Which is fair, professional and shows that he is not just after a sale but giving the best options.
