There has been some delay issues with the first property we tried to purchase (Mitchell was also the agent), but he helped us out with the purchase of a second option which was already built. Mitchell was quick to respond when we had questions and concerns (even on weekends!), and helpful when we need access for inspections. He gave good advice as well on bargaining with the developer, and he had the interest of both the developer and buyer in mind.
