From the moment we first spoke I knew Miranda was the agent to sell our house. Miranda was calling me to follow up on a listing she had as we had been through the open home on the weekend. Straight away the questions Miranda asked, professionalism and passion it was were clear to see I needed Miranda. Our first meeting was a chance for Miranda to walk through our house. Then it was time to sign with Miranda. Everything was explained from the staging company (who by the way will make you want to buy your own home) to the marketing and the dates were set. For us the process was so quick and easy. Miranda knew the market and the type of buyer that our home would appeal to and went about it with a fantastic marketing plan. One weekend of open homes and a buyer was found. This wasn't luck, but a cleaver targeted marketing plan from an agent truly invested in bringing the buyers to us. Now its all over and I'm thinking "it can't of been that easy, could it" but it was. Put 100% trust in Miranda and you will get the result you want.
