I gave you 5 star rating despite the 2 groups of buyers taking the auction out of the equation by not bidding and then taking initiative in deadline sale. I still think we missed out, to be so below the RV, but satisfied (as the water has now gone under the bridge). At least you did warn us at the open home days about difference between our and eventual purchaser's valuation. We lost the initiative after no bids at the auction and Milla’s holiday.
