As we searched for a new home we met dozens of real estate agents eager to help us through the process. Minda was one of those agents and it is through these interactions that we knew she was the agent we wanted to represent our home … and we are so grateful we did! Her communication is absolutely amazing. Her response time is milliseconds and had us feeling as though we were an absolute priority. Genuine and empathetic, Minda is acutely aware of how incredibly stressful selling a home is and always left us feeling as though each concern we had was valid and rationale! Don’t be fooled by her unwavering calm demeanour … Minda was like a dog with a bone when it came to selling our home. Persistent, relentless and tenacious. With each inevitable hiccup or snag in the process I would tell my husband, “Minda’s got this”. And she did. We absolutely recommend Minda to all future buyers and sellers without hesitation.

My Ray White experience was very professional and pleasant because I had Minda looking after me. I understand clearly this is a business and almost cut throat field to be working in but Minda went far and beyond for my situation and for the best outcome as speedy as possible. She should be acknowledged for her commitment to people all while presenting herself professionally with exceptional service . She's a gem and deserves an award for had it not been for her I think my situation would have been awful. She kept me informed daily and pointed me in the right direction for immediate results. You are very lucky to have an employee like her I'm sure and I hope there are more in the company similar but clearly no where near her standards. I have family and they will only be using her in future and I hope the word spreads. I'm not writing this because I made a lot of money I certainly did not. Because of her I avoided a mortgagee sale and bankruptcy but I have that debt gone and I have my health and the best children in the world.
