Minda is very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. Our sale was conducted through the COVID lock downs which presented some significant challenges but Minda was very good at working through the issues and providing practical solutions. She was very good at consulting with us and involving us in all decisions including marketing and her suggestions were always very well thought out. We liked how she was prepared to get other opinions (from colleagues) on aspects of the sale to ensure she had the best and most appropriate approach. Minda is very personable and caring which we really appreciated. Despite all the challenges we faced with our house sale it finally went through and we were very happy with the outcome.

Minda made the whole process feel easy and kept me up to date of everything that was happening. I liked her realistic down to earth approach but most important to me was her sensitive and kind attitude to my situation at the time of marketing my property. Her bubbly personality made it nearly fun to sell my house!
