Was a drawn-out experience primarily because of the slowness of the market and the time it took to sell our own home - however Mike (along with Toni Kingi) stuck with us and eventually Mike brought the deal together - there was a price compromise from both parties brought about by the sudden drop in the market however I'm sure both buyer and seller were very satisfied with the final outcome. Mike's team however did not stop once the sale was concluded and were very helpful advising of local trades people and services as well as organising a team (including Mike's charming daughter) to help re-organise some of our more difficult to move furniture. Only regret is we haven't caught up for a beer!!
