I have been looking for a property for 4 months and I found this property by setting up an "alert" through real estate.co.nz This brought me into contact with Mike and the notable difference was that he knew details of the property he was selling. Mike was also very professional in the negotiation of the price. When it came to the sales and purchase agreement, Voyle and Co completed the documents in a professional & business like manner and put in (without be told to) the clauses that a purchaser would want. This also applied to the final inspection with Voyle and Co providing a checklist, so helpful. After 4 months of searching and dealing with too many "amateurs (polite wording)" in the industry it was a very pleasant relief to deal with professionals at the top end. As an aside, when an opposition agency spoke highly of Mike Voyle, he has got to be good.
