This email is to confirm that Mike (Lee) of the Professionals Real Estate Rotorua provided us with what I believe was the most amazing level of service in respect to the sale of a property located at 885 Oturoa Road, Rotorua. Acting as the executor of the past owner of the Oturoa Road property and as executor I was required to sell the property on behalf of the owners two children, who resided in Australia and I did not personally believe that the property would readily sell - how wrong I was. Mike was signed up to sell the property and from the first contact could not do enough for us in order to achieve a prompt and efficient sale. Unfortunately the property was not in great shape, to sell, but Mike knew of a home handyman who could attend to any repairs and this was actioned and the outcome was a property in significantly better saleable condition than what it had been. Mike had said right at the beginning that he was confident of an early sale, as he had possible interested parties already on his books and this was achieved basically prior to the property even being listed with one conditional offer received within days of being listed and then a cash backup offer also being received. Without doubt we selected exactly the right person to sell this property as Mike was knowledgeable, professional and exceptionally easy to deal with and he kept us fully informed of all developments as the sale process progressed.
