In a difficult market Team Ledger sold our home through auction. I was expecting to be stressed, but actually the process was easy - I trusted the process and felt respected by Mike and the team - even if I felt I might be asking a 'dumb question'. Josh Ledger looked after the sale of my property; he was always a pleasure to deal with. I was able to listen to a few of the open homes where he welcomed people and told them a bit about the property prior to the buyers going inside. I always found Josh to be up front with all new buyers highlighting both the positive and negative. But when the negative was mentioned, he always put a silver lining on it. It was great to watch him in action even though he was new to real estate, I'd definitely use him again.
