Team Ledger of Harcourts Upper Hutt done a wonderful job putting the House up for sale by Tender . We had excellent feed back throughout the 3 Weekend Open Homes process. The Tender process gives a guideline where the present market stands with your property in the presented condition The final decision then remains with the Vendor to sell OR . No Hesitation to Recommend Team Ledger of Harcourts Upper based on my personal experience to sell a house. Thank You

Would highly recommend team ledger. They do an excellent job with a seamless sale that progressed well. Keeping us informed along the way. Highly recommend

Team Ledger have been amazing from the moment we first got in contact with them about purchasing a house. Professionalism and communication have been next level amazing. We couldn’t recommend this team more.

We had a great experience with the team, consisting of Scott, Josh, and Anne. Anne was the first person we met when viewing the house we eventually bought. Anne provided excellent advice and answered all our questions. Scott was amazing, he came over late one night to assist with the paperwork for our offer. He clearly outlined the next steps and addressed any concerns we had. Josh was also extremely helpful, showing us the house several times. We appreciate his dedication to accommodate our schedule by working late afternoons during the week or on Sunday afternoons. Overall, a fantastic team that made the process of buying a house much easier!

We were particularly impressed with Team Ledger”s marketing strategy which included high quality photos and targeted advertising, resulting in a significant amount of interest of potential buyers. They were able to navigate a challenging market and achieved our desired selling price, making the entire process seamless. We will surely recommend the team to anyone wanting to sell their home.

We appreciated the open friendly attitude, great communication and guidance which made the whole process easy

As first home buyers this experience was nerve wracking but Josh was absolutely amazing! The whole Ledger team was incredibly kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive. Honestly, 5 stars does not seem high enough especially for Josh, he’s simply the best!

Scott's been very personable, welcoming, and easy to deal with when we first attended the open home and throughout the process. Both Mike and Scott were knowledgeable, good communicators, and responsive, which made the buying process quite quick and smooth for us. Great team!

The team was professional, and had good communication and market knowledge. They walked us through everything and run a good marketing campaign. Overall the experience was excellent and resulted in great experience for us with selling our first home.

Team Ledger were highly focused and well organized. They talked us through the whole process and maintained good communication throughout. Team Ledger got us a good price in a tough market.

Team Ledger undertook the sale of a challenging property over the Christmas period with a positive no problem attitude. They were in constant communication with me over the entire process. The presentation folder told me everything I wanted to know in easily understood terminology. I am truly grateful for their help over the weeks the property was on the market , not forgetting the brilliant staging which set the house off. I would thoroughly recommend Team Ledger as highly competent Real Estate agents.
