We really enjoyed working with Josh Ledger on a couple of occasions while we were looking for a house, and then to finally buy our home with him. He is super friendly, understanding, polite & efficient. He responded to requests or questions promptly and was great with follow up, but not too pushy. We have found the whole process with buying Forest Rd smooth and easy. Thanks Josh for being so helpful and professional.
As the buyer found the communication excellent explaining the auction process and making it as hassle free as possible

Before contacting Team Ledger, I knew there was no one else I wanted to sell our home. They get it done and know their market well. Their reputation is second to none. No question went unanswered, amd the support and guidance was invaluable. They told us exactly what we needed to do and exceeded our expectations every step of the way.

We had the pleasure of working with Mike to purchase our first home. It was a very quick and pain free process. Mike put us onto the right people to help us be in a position to make an offer before the tender deadline (3 day turn around) and we are so grateful for this. Professional, friendly, patient. Thanks Mike & Team Ledger.
