We found Mike to be professional and a likeable chap. But haven’t had any communication from him since the sale. We realise now there was small degree of dishonesty He seemed to prefer to avoid legalities so it could turn in his favour.

Integrity is non-negotiable in my work, and your review presents a version of events that is not accurate. Key commitments offered from your side — including rental payments to my clients and later repair work conveyed to buyers — were not met, and those unmet obligations had a direct and negative impact on the final outcome.
Given these ongoing issues, continued communication was not appropriate, which is why contact ceased. I will always prioritise professionalism, transparency, and the best interests of my clients, and I stand firmly by the decisions made in this matter.
