Contacted Mike about property in question, asking if I could look at property. Time and date made and it appeared that Mike was on holiday, however still made the time to come. Went through house explaining everything, including areas that needed work. Very easy to talk to and knew when to leave you alone when looking at the house. Knowledgable of area and found him easy to relate to. Subsequent visits to the property with Mike, he made the time to wait, showed a reserve area near the house. Nothing appeared a problem and once offer for property had been made ensured that we were happy with process. Very happy with his service.

On a quick visit to the area we spotted a property of interest.Mike was able to show us the property at short notice and let us view with no pressure. A while later we were staying in the area again and viewed on an open home. After expressing interest Mike was very communicative, supplying the info requested and support during negotiations. We found Mike to be professional and a likeable chap. But haven’t had any communication from him since the sale. We realise now there was small degree of dishonesty He seemed to prefer to avoid legalities so it could turn in his favour.
