Contacted Mike about property in question, asking if I could look at property. Time and date made and it appeared that Mike was on holiday, however still made the time to come. Went through house explaining everything, including areas that needed work. Very easy to talk to and knew when to leave you alone when looking at the house. Knowledgable of area and found him easy to relate to. Subsequent visits to the property with Mike, he made the time to wait, showed a reserve area near the house.
