Corinne was polite, friendly and unobtrusive during house inspections. We felt we could talk freely with her. She was quick to reply to messages and thoroughly professional.

Contacted Mike about property in question, asking if I could look at property. Time and date made and it appeared that Mike was on holiday, however still made the time to come. Went through house explaining everything, including areas that needed work. Very easy to talk to and knew when to leave you alone when looking at the house. Knowledgable of area and found him easy to relate to. Subsequent visits to the property with Mike, he made the time to wait, showed a reserve area near the house. Nothing appeared a problem and once offer for property had been made ensured that we were happy with process. Very happy with his service.
