Michelle had previously sold a house for us and for that reason we asked her to help us sell this one. From the outset Michelle was totally enthusiastic and seemed at times to go above and beyond what was required. She encouraged us to get drone photos and offered to make payment for these herself. We are a little out of her 'region' and therefore visits to our house for meetings and, especially open homes required her to spend that little bit extra time. None of this was a problem. She always demonstrated total professionalism and was a straight talker which we really appreciated. When asked a tricky question by the other party in our sale she was honest and forthright in her answer. The feeling that we get with Michelle is very much a, "we are in this together" and we are going to try for the best price possible. The reasons that we didn't get the sale price that we wanted are complex, but it was absolutely not for a lack of effort on Michelle's part. Would we ask her to work for us again? Absolutely.
