Michelle helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent communicator and attention to detail.

Michelle was wonderful. I could not fault her. She was not pushy and listened to us. She was very knowledgeable about the local market and realistic as to how things were generally. Very useful in helping us prepare the house for marketing. She also gave us a timeline sheet to remind us of what was happening. She was always available with excellent follow up. Her sense of humour was a bonus. I would thoroughly recommend her. Sid and Ginny McDouall
