Michelle offered us friendly, professional, informative and efficient service from appraisal to sale. Auction day, however, seemed like a lot of hype and the auctioneer unavailable to support our agent with the negotiation process following the auction. Our property did sell shortly after auction, though, so an excellent result in the end.
