Selling property is often a stressful time. I sold 40ha out of 103ha of my property. Unfortunately, when the title was issued before the sale, the local council had not included a new rapid number for the 40ha section. Hence the address above is incorrect and has caused a lot of needless confusion. However, Michelle made the rest of the experience stress free for me. She was genuine in her approach to the sale. Michelle offered us friendly, professional, informative and efficient service from appraisal to sale. Auction day, however, seemed like a lot of hype and the auctioneer unavailable to support our agent with the negotiation process following the auction. Our property did sell shortly after auction, though, so an excellent result in the end.
