Michelle had good knowledge in spite of the flat housing market and was encouraging and upbeat, especially re the neighbourhood we were interested in. Swindon Lane is a private lane with 8 houses. Michelle went to the trouble of securing a quote for upgrading the lane and spoke to each household involved. We greatly appreciated this. She was also most amenable to let us look through the house a second time. We did have a small disagreement over the marketing of the property after a no-bid auction. Michelle sorted the problem very quickly and our offer was accepted by the vendor.
