Michelle Lynch

Michelle Lynch recently sold our holiday home at Waitārere Beach. As we live in Wellington, we left the timing of open homes and access to the property entirely in her hands. We have bought and sold a few properties over the years and would have to say it was the most seamless sale we have ever made. Michelle was professional to deal with but also down to earth and honest in her advice about the market, sales price, presentation and other sales matters. We would have no hesitation in recommending Michelle to sell your property as our experience was first class. Our thanks to Michelle for a great outcome all around.
