From the outset, Michelle was friendly, helpful with her knowledge of the home and the area, and prompt in her responses to any of my questions. She was also very accomodating to our needs in respect to viewing and inspection times, which was appreciated given we were travelling from out of town to get there each time. Whilst there were a couple of aspects to work through before the sale was locked in, we were able to easily address these with the Vendor, Michelle and the rest of the Vendor’s team to overcome those, which was great.
