Unfortunately we had a very different experience with Michelle from what her other reviews suggest. We found Michelle’s communication to be quite rude and her response times slow. Michelle seemed disinterested to answer simple questions we had about the property.
My property was listed late on a Friday and by the end of the weekend I’d signed the offer without an official open home. Michelle diligently worked with the short-notice private enquiries and got the house sold at asking price. Great communication the entire way through, and I enjoyed using the Arizto app. It was a time-saver.
Michelle has been a breeze to work with. She knew the house off the back of her hand and could answer every question we had. She knows her stuff! Michelle is also very friendly and approachable - no silly questions
