Down to earth, hardworking and empathetic. Great communication skills, lovely to deal with.

Great with elderly parents, patient and kind. Because parents are elderly Michelle needed to work with the 3 daughters as well to achieve open homes, paperwork and all dealings pertaining to sale. Hard market at the moment just kept at it and never lost faith - kept us feeling positive. Communication skills were great kept everyone informed.
