Solid agent, got the job done

Michelle helped us purchase our property on Tai Rd. She knows the local market reasonably well and was responsive enough when we had questions. Communication was generally clear, though there were a couple of times we had to chase for updates during the process. She’s professional and easy to deal with, negotiated fairly on our behalf, and the purchase went through without any major dramas. Not the most proactive agent I’ve worked with, but certainly not the worst either. If you’re looking for someone reliable who will get you across the line without too much fuss, Michelle is a safe choice. Happy enough with the outcome.
