Easy to communicate, kept us up with the progress of sale

This is my first time buying a house in NZ. My knowledge of the buying process was very limited. Michelle made this very simple for us. Always being available and email replies in a short time frame. Knowledge is key when buying a house and I could reply on Michelle to find and convey the information I was requesting. Her help with housing details was much appreciated.
