Michelle is a great friend of ours which made selling our home at the beach sad but easy. Sad in the fact that we will no longer be neighbours, but easy because she knows us and our home as if it was her own. Michelle helped us see what we needed to do to make the home presentable and of the best standard we could show to the buyer, even down to displaying flowers and putting furniture in the right place, removing any clutter. We were provided with plenty of market appraisal information so we were well informed of what we could expect, no surprises. We were updated and kept informed the whole way through and when there was an open home, she let us know everything that was said and who came through. When the time came to view the tenders, she had them all set out with letters from each buyer so we could see who we were selling to and what they liked about our home. This gave the experience a personal feel so that we were happy to know who was going to take ownership and be a good neighbour for our lovely elderly couple next door. We were well looked after and actually feel like we had an agent that was genuine and caring and was looking out for us, strange feeling as this has not always been the case when selling our houses in the past. Thank you Michelle from the bottom of our hearts, you are a rare gem, and anyone having you sell there home is very lucky.
