Michael went out of his way to communicate with myself and my ex in a professional way without taking sides during the conversations/planning around the sale of our property. His thinking was evident to us and he also listened closely to our concerns. Michael has a lovely nature and was always available for discussions how ever insignificant they may have been to others. It was great top work with someone who did not overload themselves with commitments. This meant that he had our best interests at the forefront of his work during our campaign.
When I visited Michael's listing in a rainy day, it was quite late and already 10 mins later than the closing time of open home. Michael was still there and warmly welcome me and turned on all lights and introduced the whole house to me patiently.
