Michael helped the reviewer sell this property

A+ exceptional

I feel very privileged to have chosen Michael as my agent. He is so knowledgeable about the industry, and the more I worked with him, the more I trusted that knowledge which was shared. He's a careful listener, and was instrumental in keeping in touch with me and my sons, one in Sydney, the other in Berlin. He understood the process and how hard it was for me without immediate family living in NZ. He took the initiative and offered to set up a WhatApp message site for myself and my sons, so that he would give everyone the same info at the same time. He always made it very clear that he could be contacted at any time. Michael was patient and kind, with a willingness to explain everything for which I had a question. I think selling my house, with historical water damage, was not easy, However, while I had my ups and downs, Michael was unwaveringly positive about selling. Without hesitation, I would recommend him for his organisation, his manner, patience and kindness.
