After we first met Michael we had a great feeling we were in capable hands. He was very friendly, open to all our queries and communicated effectively. First time selling our house so we were definitely after someone who could be there for any help we required without feeling like a bother as we know how busy real estate agents are! What stood out to us throughout the process was the amazing marketing video, it was so well put together and Michael presented our property perfectly, definitely a difference to the other ways homes are marketed. Also the sharing on social media really helped. Each week over the sale period we had a meeting to get an update on our property which we were provided a very detailed profile booklet of buyers feedback and stats in the area etc which was so helpful. Can't say we were never communicated with! Market knowledge was pretty good, given an idea upfront of what to expect in terms of the initial appraisal and what we may end up selling for so expectations managed well. Our property had a deadline sale of 3 weeks from listing and we didn't know what to expect given the area of Rolleston being so overwhelmed with homes for sale but Michael did it, also negotiated for us to where we needed to be without hesitation! Overall the experience was excellent and we enjoyed dealing with Michael, wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property. Very professional, supportive & friendly agent!
