I was mainly dealing with Anton who is part of the Micheal Ray team. He was really easy to deal with, knows the market, knows the area well. Anton basically helped me get it across the line. There was a bit of miss communication and unanswered questions when another party within the team became involved. I also have never met Michael Ray so can't comment on him or his involvement. I feel the ball was slipped there, but all in all I am happy with the result and enjoying making my new house my home. Thanks again Anton for making my move home a success.
