Easy to deal with, friendly and kept me in mind when they understood what I was looking for, making contact when they had potential listings of interest. Then when this property had clear price objectives they intentionally reached out to see if it was interest for me. End result - an offer was made within 48hrs and I believe everyone was satisfied with the outcome. I likely wouldn’t have noticed the change with the marketing approach if Ray White hadn’t notified directly so the vendors can then them for the work they have done!
