He moved very quickly once we'd signed the agency agreement, and after a team 'caravan' a few days later, he and other members of the Ray White team were bringing round potential buyers. The result was a very good offer only a few days later, which was quickly negotiated into a contract. His estimates of the price we could expect proved very accurate.
