Mum wanted not just the best real estate agent in Wellington, she wanted someone that would understand her needs with such a big move as selling a home that she had made hers for over forty years with Dad. We got that with not only Michael, but with his amazing team, Mariola and Andrea. They all spent so much time with Mum to ensure she understood all the complexities that come along with selling a property. Gentle guidance and advice, with regular updates via WhatsApp group and emails from Andrea with weekly reports on open home turnouts, website reports etc made us feel all included in the process. Thank you Michael, Mariola and Andrea for everything that you did for Mum. You all went above and beyond all expectations but most of all, the patience and kindness shown to Mum will be remembered.
