From the moment we walked into the open home, Michael had a huge smile and was very welcoming. We were extremely interested in the home and the service from Michael made us feel like we wanted it even more. Throughout the whole process his communication and professionalism were outstanding, we both felt comfortable and feel very lucky to have someone who could help us feel this way, during a somewhat scary time (buying our first home).
