Such an honest likeable person, one of nicest I have had the pleasure of meeting. Michael arrived at our home several days later with a very professionally written appraisal which we were very happy with. At that stage we were not ready to sell but Michael kept in touch and we finally gave him the heads up to sell our home of 44 years. After the buyers spoke with their lawyer a few conditions were put in place, Michael work very hard with the buyers and for us in achieving this. On Friday the 1/09/2022 our home had new owners.
