Exemplary service and integrity - and the power of connection.

Last last thing we wanted was to be "sold" a house. We really wanted to be "connected" to a home that we as a couple and family would have for generations to come. That first point of contact with the home we connected with and then purchased, was greatly influenced by the warmth and connection Michael brought to the eventual purchase. People often say it is the journey and not the destination, though this is often said but not always done. Michael's ability to connect with us, his genuine humanity and desire to see people connect with a home that connected with them resonated deeply. Having spent the last three months looking for a home, the gamut of "sales" pitches and sales agents, became very clear to us and Michael was a welcome reprieve to some interesting experiences we had had.. We are so grateful for the professionalism, friendly candor and "nothing was a problem" attitude - Michael honored the journey, the destination and connection, so the the home we eventually purchased became the end of a wonderful journey for us all. In a time when the noise of life can become deafening, sales and sales pitches both digital and in person are sometimes overwhelming - what a reprieve, humanity, honesty and faith in the good can make to connecting to a home we will cherish, and a journey with Michael Hinds and the team at Just Paterson we will cherish also. We cant wait to move into and connect with our new home, and to continue our connection also, with good people we have met along the way.
