Incredibly personable and thoughtful communicator

I have never sold a house before, and having made the decision to move closer to my parents, I needed to move at pace. When we met Michael was instantly warm and friendly. We talked through options and put a campaign plan to me that was exactly what I had asked for. Michael and the advertising team did an amazing job highlighting the features of the house and it was sold within a week. I told Michael the amount I needed to make the purchase of my next home viable, and he negotiated a great deal on my behalf. Michael went above and beyond my expectations offering a water blaster, use of a trailer and popped around the morning of the first open home with a leaf blower to make sure the paths were tidy.
