I've dealt with a lot of agents before and Michael is up there with the best in terms of responsiveness, practicality, flexibility and just getting things done. Despite hurling a few cheeky curve-balls his way he handled them amicably and to my satisfaction. He also worked around my schedule for viewing the property at the 11th hour, which meant him having to be available at short notice and late in the evening. Had he not been, I wouldn't have had chance to view it, and therefore likely wouldn't have bought it. Michael is proof that agents putting in the hard yards for clients turns "for sale" into "sold".

Michael went so far above and beyond for us, it’s hard to know where to start! Selling with Michael has been such a positive experience and I couldn’t imagine another agent being anywhere near as invested in our ultimate success as he has been. From personally water-blasting the outside of the house and paths, to mowing the lawns and leaf-blowing regulalry, all whilst we were overseas, Michael helped bring the property up to scratch ready for market. He was always there to let in tradies and stagers etc and the communication was top- notch all the way through the process. Friendly & jovial, but absolutely professional & timely so we always knew where things were at. Michael understood the market, inside-out. He was able to achieve for us a multi-offer situation and also get the house over the line in less than half the average sale time, in what is a very slow market.
