It is no secret to Mike I expected a lot if I was to go with a higher commission agency - and he more than delivered. Mike (and Kelli) genuinely did everything needed to help us get the best price given a very short turnaround (4 weeks). We never felt like a number, and my anxiety related hounding was never an issue (sorry guys!). If you don’t use Mike and Kelli - you are doing yourself a disservice.
My experience working with Michael and Kellie was amazing. Their knowledge of the market and what to look for in a property was instrumental in me being able to secure my first home and their friendly, welcoming and professional attitude made the journey very enjoyable. Their willingness to meet at any open home, explain the intricacies of the real estate market and patiently guide me through the process of making a house purchase was particularly amazing in what was a daunting experience as a first home buyer. For any buyer, either first home or an experienced home owner, I would highly recommend Michael and Kellie to guide you through the process. I definitely would not have been able to secure my amazing first home without the help of Michael and Kellie.
Mike is a fantastic listener who worked to understand our needs and wants. He is so very knowledgeable about the market and he will investigate with absolute diligence any of the few details he doesn't know. His guidance was always in our best interest and we felt like he was our true advocate. Mike is also a very nice and fun individual and we enjoyed working with him very much.
Mike was fantastic to work with and helped us at every step of the way to secure the home we have been searching for. His knowledge, contacts and professionalism were top class and his strategies at auction were the difference to us winning there. He went above and beyond what we expected from a real estate agent and we would work with him again without question.
Michael was very helpful with advice around differing options to suit our needs. Communication was prompt and answered our queries. He also clearly explained the purchase procedure
As usual, Mike was a true professional throughout the process and is always willing to go the extra mile to get a satisfactory result. His friendly manner and professionalism make him easy to deal with. We will continue to use him for our future transactions
Michael has been a breath of fresh air to work with. His professional knowledge of the market made it very easy to make important decisions during at times of stress. Michael's upbeat cheerful attitude made it a pleasure to work with him, even though the market was challenging. The partnership he developed with us as a vendor put us at ease and we would not hesitate to recommend his services to any potential seller or purchaser. We can't thank him enough. Regards Neil & Nicky Robertson
