There were frequent open homes and we were informed about the feedback and numbers of people through. They gave us an estimation of price which as it turned out was accurate. It is no secret to Mike I expected a lot if I was to go with a higher commission agency - and he more than delivered. Mike (and Kelli) genuinely did everything needed to help us get the best price given a very short turnaround (4 weeks). We never felt like a number, and my anxiety related hounding was never an issue (sorry guys!). If you don’t use Mike and Kelli - you are doing yourself a disservice.
