We had been looking for a house for 6 months or so and so had a fair bit of interaction with various agents from various companies. It would be fair to say that Michael took the cake, and that was not just because he was the one to finally get us over the line. Michael was easy to talk to, relaxed but not overly casual. He kept us fully informed and up to date throughout the process and was also prompt in getting back to us with any answers to questions that could not be answered immediately. He clearly let us know what we could do and not do for the viewings, but not in an overbearing way. Overall a very pleasant experience!
