The sale of our property was always going to be extraordinary. For a start it had been owned and used as our family home since 1980. The 121 year old house showed the effects of use, weather and earthquakes over its long life. Property Market is changing but Michael sold our house for the money we wanted in an expected timeframe after being passed in at Auction.
