Melvin, now a business owner, director and branch manager of Ray White Swanson shares a wealth of real estate knowledge from his vast experience marketing, promoting and selling a wide range of residential and rural/lifestyle property within the local community. Having been a member of the Swanson community since 1983 he is enthusiastic about West Auckland, especially Swanson and Waitakere.
