We had used Melissa to buy our house and so we wanted to continue the journey and let her sell it. The market knowledge was great and the communication was fantastic. We were always informed well in advance of viewings and communicated to with the feedback. She was very professional and we continue to recommend her to others.
It was my first experience and first home with many questions and little scared but lot of help from Melissa deal went so smoothly. Everything was in line as needed. She was very professional answering every small question.
I first had contact with Melissa when we were in Australia. I phoned and nothing was too much trouble. While that initial house didn’t work we decided Melissa was the agent we wanted to work with. Sound knowledge of all things real estate. Excellent communication, very clear explanations; always true to her word. Always asked for our input. She is a real delight and we loved working with her! We would have no hesitation in recommending her.
Melissa went out of her way to help us and set up personalized viewings. We could not of asked for better help and advice. I would recommend Melissa to anyone in a heartbeat.
Our dealing with Melissa over the past 10years has been a great one made everything personal and kept in touch. Both selling your house and helping buying a house she excels in. I can't recommend her anymore we trust her and give a A+++ raiting.
Melissa knew all the answers to all my questions including rent appraisal, body corp etc She also put me in contact with the rental agency who manage the property which has enabled the transition to be simple for me and the tenants. I can highly recommend her for her excellent interpersonal skills and real estate knowledge .
This was our second property we purchased within 6 months, and once again Melissa was awesome to deal with. We felt well prepared going into the auction and successfully ended up securing the property. Melissa was professional but very down-to-earth, would definitely recommended her.
This is our second time purchasing through Melissa in 6 months and again exceeded expectations, property was sold through auction and she gave us solid advice to be the successful purchaser on the day.
We had a great experience working with Melissa Wilton. She had solid market knowledge and she knew what was happening locally, which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful, especially in our multi offer situation. We felt well looked after from start to finish and would happily recommend her.
Melissa was recommended by a family friend and we are so thankful we found her, from looking in another city for 2+ years vs a jam packed day viewing of houses in Hamilton and finding a property that ticked all our boxes. She is highly organised, and gave us stand out advice in order to successfully purchase the property!
Melissa was exceptional. Right from the start Melissa her team guided us through the journey. Getting the property ready for listing, marketing, open homes. Melissa really listened to what we wanted to achieve, gave us fantastic and honest advice, worked tirelessly on our behalf, was always available and helped to get us the result we needed. Right through our journey, Melissa gave us the benefit of her considerable experience and was able to help us navigate a number of challenges. I couldn't recommend Melissa higher. If you want to buy or sell, Melissa is who I would call.
