We originally bought the home through Melissa and were impressed then. When the time came to sell we had no hesitation in going to her again. Kaikoura is a small town with many higher priced homes competing for the small pool of buyers. Melissa is bright and outgoing, very enthusiastic and really pleasant to deal with. She is always easy to contact, happy to take input from her clients and great at following up. Despite a couple of near misses, Melissa never lost her confidence and assured us the house was well priced and that we would get a result. We did- and are extremely grateful to her for her hard work and great communication.

We could write a very positive book about Melissa Carson! We didn’t know her before we got our appraisal, but selling a property in a small town, Melissa’s reputation went ahead of her, and we heard about her via word of mouth, so thought we’d try her out. It was the best thing we could have done! She was very professional, very honest, friendly and helpful. The video and photographs couldn’t have been done better either, they turned out awesome! Her market knowledge was right on the mark too. She knew exactly what she was doing, and talking about. Melissa was very positive about both our house, and land features, and that was very important to us. Another thing that was great, is the fact that we didn’t have to be in Kaikoura to sell, as we live in Christchurch, everything was done online, (which is a great thing about Arizto), and even though we’re both not tech-savvy, Melissa explained everything on how to do things easily, with no hassles, she was very patient and kind. We were very happy with the sale. Melissa communicated with us almost every day, either by text or email, about the feedback she was getting on our property, and was very positive about it all.
